Starting in the summer of 2021, we found everyone LOVED to practice outside in the Bellevue Downtown Park! Yoga in the Park is $5 per class as the goal is to create community, allow yoga to be accessible and easy, and create a space to meet other like-minded and local wellness individuals. Veterans practce for free.
This class typically fills to 50+ people on the open grass area of the park - you can't miss us! We meet every Saturday in the summer months June through October 15 After September join us indoors for Yoga at the Bank. Summer breezes in Seattle are amazing and we connect with nature through meditation, breathwork and flow during this class. It's a great way to meet friends, be outside, breathe and gently move the body. Old Main Street in Bellevue is just one block away so perfect for friends to practice at 10am and then choose a place for a fun brunch after!
