A Sound Bath is an acoustic sound healing journey that relaxes the body, clears the subconscious, calms the mind, and activates your body's natural healing systems. Sound Healing is so effective because it influences our emotional bodies as well as our physical bodies.
High Vibrational Living: The gong vibrations impact the body, its chakras and its meridians. This vibrational technology can release blocks, reduce tension and stimulate circulation. The vibrations can change emotion that is stuck by cutting the thoughts that sustain and recreate the feelings.
About Laurie: Laurie Sasser is an international wellness practitioner and yoga instructor, specializing in the restorative prana vinyasa flow as taught by Shiva Rea. Laurie is also trained in the healing power of sound frequency, vibration, and deep, healing rest. With over 20 years of experience studying, guiding and teaching, her approach is personal, empowering and uplifting.

We use a wide variety of ancient sound healing instruments, including planetary tuned gongs, crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, and more to create a sound healing experience that will vibrate and activate every cell in your body, leaving you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.
