How we move, hold space, work with emotion in the body is important. Movement, breathwork, and meditation can help the body bring emotion and stress up and out. Sometimes, it is the ONLY thing that can bring stagnant energy up and out.
My retreats feel like a warm embrace, a weighted blanket, a deep exhale in these energetically volatile times. When we access these deeper states of our nervous system, we experience the opportunity for clarity and expansion. The opportunity to look in the mirror and see exactly what needs to shift.
We will experience slow flow vinyasa infused with chakras, seasons, environment, our nervous systems and the elements. My hope is that we embrace living yoga and allow this practice to nourish and calibrate our lives.
