Scandinavian Farm-Style Yoga Retreat

At Friday Harbor

This retreat, September 9 - 11, 2024, will open June 1st for booking. Please email retreats@lauriesasser.com to be placed on the waitlist.

This retreat takes place outside of Seattle, in the San Juan Islands, at the Inn at Saltwater Farm ~ a modern, Scandinavian farm-style boutique inn, situated on 162 wild and beautiful acres just outside the town of Friday Harbor. This retreat will overlook the Salish Sea and the Olympic Mountains. Escape to your luxurious suites atop the architectural award-winning Inn, complete with a large bathroom and soaking tub, separate living area with kitchenette, modern amenities, and miles of trails, gardens, and natural beauty to explore.

Gentle Slow Flow Yoga

My style of yoga is rooted in embodiment and honors the nervous system experience. We will be exploring natural times of transition; sunrise, sunset, seasonal change, life change and learning the art of deep listening. We will be nurturing our natural doorways to meditation and embracing the stillness that comes with these practices.

Beginners welcome!

Friday Harbor, Washington, United States

Alternatively, head South out our gate for the American Camp Trail leading you through farmland & forests all the way to the other side of the island!
