Living in Rhythm
The lunar solar rhythm is one of my favorite things to teach. It is such rich terrain and ripe with opportunity for growth. At our Annual Retreat in Mexico and my new Mallorca 2026 retreat, we dive into the cycles of nature, the seasons, and the solar/lunar flow. We experience the ebb and flow of the tides and allow nature to permeate deeper layers of our energetic body called Koshas. This sync with nature, deeply aligned with lunar and solar, has a profound impact on the body. When we honor the body as a microcosm as the macrocosm, we can tune into deep states of peace. This is a beautiful, primal unfolding.
Full Moon Ritual
This experience is a long, grounding slow flow yoga practice, meditation, cacao sipping and reflection. There will be an explanation and Q & A on full and new moon energy, and how to harness the energetics of these portals. We will explore how to surf these waves of the cycle instead of feeling overwhelmed or depleted by full moon energy. This is potent, rich work! It can make all the difference in how we experience and move through the world and work with our creative pulse. We will enjoy ceremonial cacao and learn how cacao helps to embody the qualities you are calling in. We experience cacao ceremony as an art form that responds to what is arising and true in the present moment.
Rasa Vinyasa
Rasa रस is the juice, essence or taste of life.
We honor the bounty of the harvest season, connecting with the sweetness or nectar, the Rasa of life. When we call in Rasa into our practice we can deepen our experience with the benefits of yoga and explore new pathways of self-care.
Lila लीला līlā is the playful nature of the divine.
In this dance of life (Lalita), our mischievous, blissful, passionate playfulness culminates as Rasa. This mini retreat is an invitation to open your heart and call in more joy and play into your life. It is a natural evolution of creating deeper intimacy with ourselves, noticing any limitations we place on ourselves on how we move through the world.
Yoga For Autoimmune Disease
In this gathering we discuss autoimmunity and how to use yoga and meditation exercises as tools to balance your nervous system. Meditation anchors us in our body and opens a doorway to feel deep peace. Nervous system regulation is a tool that is increasingly important in our yoga practice, especially for those with health conditions. In my own healing journey, tuning inward to the body is where healing starts.
Who is Laurie?
Laurie Sasser @lauriesasser teaches Prana Vinyasa Slow Flow Yoga as taught by Shiva Rea. Laurie lives in Seattle, Washington and is the creator of @yogaintheparkseattle.
About the Cacao: Vibrant Vitality
Activate your vibrant vitality with this unique combination of ceremonial cacao and healing herbs that support endurance and stamina. The taste of maca blends with cacao to create a malty and almost sweet experience in your mouth. Due to the vasodilating and gentle cardiac stimulant properties of the ceremonial cacao, it acts as an optimal delivery mechanism for the healing herbs that we've carefully selected.
Each cup contains a full daily dose of maca (3400 mg), which is known for boosting energy levels and stamina as well as balancing hormones and reproductive health.
