Plant Beauty

Plant Beauty is a natural extension of eating Plant Based, Hydrating, and choosing topical beauty products that are non-triggering. Wellness and Beauty start in our gut microbiome so unless we are addressing our internal health, what we put on our skin topically matters very little. However, these products are gentle and natural and help to create balance in the body as a whole. My approach to Plant Beauty is to choose products that enhance other parts of my wellness routine, lymphatic system health or detox pathway performance.
